Depending on which App you use and your role within it, we may collect the following categories of information:

1.1 Account & Identity Information

Name, email address, phone number
Username and password (encrypted)
Employee ID/badge number
Employer or organization association

1.2 Location Information

Real-time and historical GPS location (used for patrol tracking, check-ins, and route verification) — primarily collected via TGF Guard and TGF Supervisor
Geofence entry/exit events.

1.3 Operational & Activity Data

Patrol logs, checkpoints, and check-in/check-out timestamps
Incident reports, notes, and descriptions submitted by guards
Photos or attachments submitted as part of incident reports or patrol verification
Shift schedules and timesheets
Messages or communications sent within the App between guards, supervisors, admins, and clients

1.4 Device Information

Device model, operating system version
Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device ID)
Push notification tokens
IP address
App version and crash/diagnostic logs

1.5 Client-Specific Information (TGF Client)

Site or property information associated with the client account
Reports and communications shared with the client regarding patrol activity

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps’ core functionality (patrol tracking, scheduling, reporting, communication)
Verify guard presence and activity at assigned locations
Generate reports for supervisors, admins, and clients
Send push notifications (e.g., shift reminders, incident alerts)
Maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve App performance
Comply with legal obligations, including employment and labor recordkeeping requirements where applicable

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Within your organization: Data collected via TGF Guard may be visible to authorized TGF Supervisor and TGF Admin users within the same organization, as part of normal operational oversight.
With clients: Limited operational data (e.g., patrol confirmation, incident summaries) may be shared with the relevant client through TGF Client, as authorized by your employer.
Service providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:

Cloud hosting/data storage providers
Push notification services (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Analytics or crash-reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) [Confirm and update this list based on the actual third-party SDKs integrated into each app.]

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Tactical Guard Force, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain personal and operational data for as long as necessary to provide the Apps’ services, comply with legal or contractual obligations (including employment recordkeeping), and resolve disputes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent for location tracking (note: this may limit or disable core App functionality, such as patrol verification)
Request a copy of your data in a portable format

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are intended for use by employed security personnel, supervisors, administrators, and business clients. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
